账号注销须知

我们对您注销账号的决定深表遗憾。在您申请注销账号之前，请您认真阅读、理解并同意《账号注销须知》（以下称“注销须知”）。

【特别提示】在此善意提醒您，注销账号为不可恢复的操作。为了保护您的合法权益，在开始操作前，请您自行备份拟注销账号相关的信息和数据。

1.成功注销后，您将无法再使用本账号，或找回与本账号相关的任何内容和信息（即使您使用相同手机号码再次注册并使用），

包括但不限于：

（1）您将无法登录、使用账号。其他用户将无法通过本账号联系您。

（2） 账号的个人资料和历史信息（包含昵称、头像、直播回放、浏览记录、关注与粉丝关系、消息记录等）都将无法找回。

（3）本账号未使用完毕的虚拟道具、尚在有效期限内的等级或称号（包含贵族等级、勋章、座驾、礼物、金币、收益及其他财产等）视为您自行放弃，将无法继续使用，且您自愿放弃就上述行为向平台主张任何退款。您理解并同意，平台无法协助您重新恢复前述服务。

2.如果您的账号被他人投诉、被国家机关调查或正处于诉讼中、仲裁程序中，平台有权自行终止您的账号的注销而无需另行得到您的同意。

3.注销您的账号并不代表本账号注销前的账号行为和相关责任得到豁免或减轻。

4.平台将按照法律法规的要求，在冷静期届满后的合理期限内删除本账号相关全部信息与内容。

 

Account Deactivation Instructions

 

We feel for sorry for your decision to deactivate your account. Before you apply for account deactivation, please read, understand and agree to this "Account Deactivation Instructions”

 

【Special Notice】Account deactivation is unrecoverable. In order to protect your legal rights and interests, please backup the information and data related to the account to be deactivated.

 

1. Upon successful deactivation, you will no longer be able to use this account, or retrieve any content and information related to this account (even if you use the same mobile number to register and use again),

 

Including but not limited to：

 

（1）You will not be able to log in and use your account. Other users will not be able to contact you through this account.

 

（2） Account profiles and historical information (including nicknames, profile image, live playback video, browsing records, followers and followings, message records, etc.) can’t be retrieved.

 

（3）Virtual props that have not been used on this account, and the User Level or Titles within the validity period (including noble ranking, medals, mount, gifts, coins, income, and other assets) are deemed to be abandoned by you and becomes invalid. And you voluntarily give up any refund from the platform for the above behavior. You understand and agree that the platform cannot assist you to restore the above assets.

 

2. If your account is reported by others, investigated by a state agency or is involved in litigation or arbitration process, the platform has the right to terminate deactivation of your account without obtaining your consent.

 

3. Deactivating your account does not mean that the related behavior and responsibilities before the deactivation of this account will be exempted or reduced.

 

4.The platform will delete all information and content related to this account within a reasonable period after the expiration of the cooling period in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
